Christopher J. Roberts is a School Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and 20 years of experience in education. He holds a Master of Science in School Psychology, a Master of Arts in Human Behavior, and a Washington School Psychologist and School Behavior Analyst Education Staff Associate credential. His experience includes psychoeducational assessment, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), counseling, consultation, and staff training.

Throughout his career, Christopher has worked with students with diverse and complex educational and behavioral needs across school districts in Washington, California, and Texas. He has conducted hundreds of behavioral and educational assessments, developed individualized behavioral interventions, supported IEP and SST teams, trained school staff, and helped schools improve systems for monitoring student progress and behavioral goals. He has also served students with significant behavioral needs and consulted on PBIS interventions across multiple tiers of support.

Christopher's commitment to this work is also personal. Having grown up with a brother with severe autism, he has had a lifelong connection to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. He became involved in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 1999 and has continued to build his career around helping students, families, educators, and school districts create meaningful opportunities for students to succeed.
